Property lenders ramp up hiring for 2023
Peer-to-peer property lenders are ramping up hiring in 2023, with seven vacancies currently being advertised.
Kuflink is searching for a compliance assistant as well as an “enthusiastic” junior investor relations officer who will deal directly with the platform’s investors.
Meanwhile, Somo is currently recruiting for a new business manager and an underwriter in its Manchester office. The bridging lender said that the new hires form a part of the company’s ongoing expansion, stating that the successful candidates “will have the chance to grow within a company of the future”.

CrowdProperty is seeking a client support officer who will work with developers and brokers to “assess the developers’ proposals, issue indicative terms, curate information and then allocate the qualified project to a case manager.”
And Folk2Folk has two vacancies for experienced relationship managers to join the UK’s largest P2P platform. The successful candidates will help Folk2Folk “maintain a productive panel of broker partners,” the company said.
Following the recent departure of Assetz Capital from the P2P market, the three largest P2P lenders in the UK are now Folk2Folk, CrowdProperty and Kuflink.
