Evelyn Partners hires Quantuma due diligence veteran
Evelyn Partners has appointed a veteran of Quantuma’s financial due diligence team to join its transaction services department.
Former Quantuma executive Jonathan Thornton has been named as a transaction services partner at Evelyn Partners.
This role will involve advising private equity firms, corporate clients, banks and family offices, providing financial due diligence and sale and purchase agreement advice on transactions, and reporting accountant and assist services in connection with IPOs and other capital markets transactions.

At Quantuma, Thornton was responsible for providing financial due diligence to lower and mid-market private equity firms. Prior to that, he was a partner at PwC focussing on providing financial due diligence to larger private equity firms and family offices.
