Livesey, who joins from specialist lender Together, will work on SoMo’s increasing pipeline and brings the underwriting team to 12 people.
Killeen will work alongside the sales and underwriting teams to oversee the valuation process in the newly created role. Her appointment is part of plans to build a specialist valuation panel. Killeen also joins the group from Together, where she focused on commercial operations.
Applewhaite, in his role as relationship director, will focus on the home counties, and joins with six years’ experience across secured and unsecured lending, most recently at Together.
Lo Presti will support SoMo’s relationship directors and maintain its customer database. He joins the firm from supply chain solutions provider Flex.
