Assetz appoints new Scotland director
Assetz Capital has appointed a new relationship director in Scotland, as the peer-to-peer lender continues to expand its nation-wide team.
Simon Quin (pictured) has joined the company’s Scotland team. He will be primarily covering the Glasgow area, while also being available to businesses in the rest of Scotland and the North of England.
Quin has spent the past decade at Lloyds, in a variety of roles including head of regional sales, head of small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) trade, and relationship director.

“I’m really excited to be joining Assetz Capital at this time of growth,” Quin said.
“I’m most looking forward to supporting property professionals through our ‘real world lending’ approach. I’m keen to speak to property investors and landlords that are looking to expand and grow, as that is where my expertise lies. I can’t wait to get started.”
Andrew Fraser, Assetz Capital’s regional director for UK North said that Quin’s appointment will be a major part of the company’s plans to increase its lending volumes through the support of regional housebuilders and property investors.
