Who’s hiring in P2P?
There are plenty of reasons why a career in peer-to-peer lending may be attractive.
P2P lending platforms are modern and fast-growing companies which are bursting with opportunities for ambitious employees. What’s more, many P2P platforms offer competitive salaries, flexible working hours and many other benefits.

- Assetz Capital
The UK’s largest P2P lending platform has more than a dozen vacancies at the moment.
Assetz is hiring for another relationship director, to add to the company’s growing UK-wide team. It is also hiring for a credit manager on the development side, and on the policy and portfolio side of the business.
The newly-created role of development monitoring director aims to “evolve the effectiveness of our development loan book monitoring”, Assetz said, and would suit an experienced and RICS-qualified surveyor.
- CrowdProperty
CrowdProperty is looking for a client services manager who can support developers and brokers throughout their relationship with the property lending platform.

- Funding Options
Business finance aggregator Funding Options is searching for a “curious, collaborative” product manager, who can help the platform to grow.
It is also advertising for a customer operations specialist who will work with business borrowers to help them find the best financing solution.
- LendingCrowd
The Edinburgh-based lender is hiring an account executive for its sales team who will work with brokers to drive their clients’ loan applications through the sales pipeline.
LendingCrowd revealed in the job ad that it has the funding in place to lend more to businesses in the next 12 months than it has over the previous eight years.

- Shojin Property Partners
Shojin has been in growth mode over the past few months, and at least four vacancies are currently being advertised at the property lending firm. These include the senior role of financial controller, who will “take ownership of the company accounting function across the Shojin Group of companies”.
The company is also seeking a portfolio manager for development finance, and a finance operations analyst, as well as a digital marketing executive – all based in London.
- SoMo
The bridging lender is hiring a new business development manager with an extensive broker network to join the team as it continues its expansion.
SoMo is also looking for a senior underwriter with a lot of experience in the bridging and buy-to-let lending sector.
