Peer-to-peer property lending platform Sancus has continued its hiring spree with the appointment of Clare Tiffany Cuff.
Cuff will join Sancus’s UK team, starting on 3 May. She was previously regional development director at specialist lender Together, which she left in December 2020. Following her departure from Together she took time off for maternity leave.
Prior to Together, Cuff spent more than 12 years at Barclays, after starting in 2007 as a personal banker, according to her LinkedIn page.
Sancus has been contacted for comment.
Sancus has substantially grown its headcount over the past year. In January, it named Steven Darbyshire as a business development manager in its UK team.

Last December, Sancus hired Barry Dillon and Tony Grillo for its business development teams in the North and South, respectively.
It hired Jaxon Stevens as head of sales for the South of England in the same month.
Sancus rebranded from GLI Finance last year. It specialises in property bridging and development financing from £100,000 to £10m-plus throughout the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar.
This February, Sancus launched a new refurbishment product, offering up to 75 per cent of the property value, excluding interest, on the first day of the loan and providing up to 100 per cent of the renovation costs.
