Innovate Finance names new COO and CFO
Innovate Finance has made two new senior appointments.
Hayley Bromilow, previously commercial director at the trade body, has been named chief operating officer.
Meanwhile, board member Thin Chambers has been named chief finance officer.
Bromilow has been at Innovate Finance for seven years. Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade working in the finance and media sectors holding global events and operations roles. She is responsible for the execution of Innovate Finance’s flagship events, the Innovate Finance Global Summit and UK Fintech Week.

Chambers joined Innovate Finance in 2017 and has been a member of the board since 1 May 2021. She is a qualified FCCA with more than 20 years experience, and she will be responsible for all finance functions at Innovate Finance.
“Hayley and Thin are both integral members of the Innovate Finance team, and bring outstanding leadership skills, deep sector expertise, and a true passion for creating a more inclusive financial services sector,” said Janine Hirt, chief executive of Innovate Finance.
The organisation said that it hopes the two new appointments will help it to better “represent, support and advocate for its members and the wider fintech industry”.
