Assetz Capital makes double promotion in Northern originations team
Assetz Capital has promoted two staff members to relationship director – portfolio within its origination team in the North.
The peer-to-peer property lending platform has promoted Sarah Ellison from relationship support manager and Dean Kilbryde from assistant relationship director.
Ellison joined Assetz Capital in March 2021 and will now work alongside relationship director Lucie Martin.
Kilbryde has been at the firm for around four years and will now serve alongside relationship director Ciaran McGivern.

“We are delighted to expand the relationships team to include these growth support roles which allow the business to increase our lending volumes to regional housebuilders and property clients across the north region,” said Andrew Fraser, regional director for the North at Assetz Capital.
Assetz Capital has been on a hiring spree of late. Earlier this month, it hired two new relationship directors: Paul Williams to cover the Southwest and South Wales and James Evans to operate in the Merseyside and the Northwest.
And last December, Assetz Capital hired Adam Bluma as a relationship director to its bridging and intermediaries portfolio team and in November, it added four relationship directors to its origination team, Jarrod Latham, Ciaran McGivern, Michael Baker and Ricky Humphreys.
