Innovate Finance adds three new directors to board
Innovate Finance has expanded its board with another three appointments.
Parveen Kaur, Adam French, and Simon Lewis OBE have been named as non-executive directors, while Sue Hunter is stepping down from her role as a non-executive director after four years.
Parveen Kaur is the head of operations at Lloyds and has more than 23 years of experience across global organisations, including more than a decade at both RBS and ABN Amro.
Meanwhile Adam French is a partner at venture capital firm Houghton Street Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm which invests in London School of Economics entrepreneurs. He also co-founded the fintech firm Scalable Capital, which has recently been valued at $1.4bn (£1.02bn). Prior to that, he worked as an executive director at Goldman Sachs within the capital markets division.

Simon Lewis OBE is vice chairman of FTI Consulting’s EMEA region and global head of financial services in Strategic Communications. He was the founding chief executive of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe, and held this position for more than nine years.
In 1998, Lewis was appointed to be the Queen’s first communications secretary, and he went on to work as director of communications and the UK Prime Minister’s official spokesman at 10 Downing Street, under the Labour Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
Kaur, French and Lewis will join Innovate Finance’s existing non-executive directors Yvonne Bajela, Iain Anderson and Danny Lopez, and non-executive chair Louise Smith.
